We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef De Partie to join our busy kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all food safety standards are met. Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards
Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
Ensure all food is prepared efficiently and served promptly to meet customer expectations
Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during food preparation and service
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
Qualifications
Previous experience in a kitchen environment or culinary setting is preferred but not essential
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
