As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen efficiently and ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver outstanding culinary experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present dishes according to company recipes and standards.
Ensure the section operates smoothly and efficiently during service.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or needs to the Sous Chef.
Assist with stock rotation and inventory control.
Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions or health and safety concerns.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and safety standards.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality food.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
