About Us:

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to complete our current kitchen team.

As a small company we encourage initiative and a creative approach and would love to hire an individual that can actively contribute to the day to day running of the kitchen.

Hourly rate starting at 13.50/hour plus tips depending on experience and hours 28 days holiday per year Average working hours will be between 40-45 hrs per week, but happy to consider everyone's needs/preferences 33% discount in all Parched pubs

What we look for in a Chef de Partie

This role requires someone that can help running a small team working efficiently together with the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

Be an active hands-on team player with excellent communication skills & passionate about working in a small team with a pro active approach Follow health and safety requirements at all times Handle day-to-day preparation and cooking of food and duties assigned by Head Chef A hard working individual able to work under pressure during busy hours
