Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment. Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Help in the inventory management of food supplies, reporting any shortages or discrepancies. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
