We are looking for a Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team @ Broadwick Soho.

Why You?



As a Chef de Partie at Broadwick Soho you are responsible for ensuring that all dishes are prepared with precision, consistency, and excellence. Working under the guidance of the Senior Sous Chef and Executive Chef, you will coordinate food preparation and cooking schedules, upholding strict hygiene and safety protocols. You will be working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and are expected to demonstrate strong technical skills and creativity contributing to the overall success and reputation of Broadwick Soho.

We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues. You will work with brilliant colleagues across the Hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.

What do we need from you?



Experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar role in a F&B luxury operation. Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to build rapport with people easily. A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail. A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure. Passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality. Ability to lift and carry, supporting the kitchen staff with the setup of the kitchen and deliveries and ability to stand for several hours. Ability to work 45 hours over 5 shifts a week, including weekends.
