As a Chef de Partie, you will:

Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure consistent, high-quality dishes that reflect the flavours and traditions of Vietnam. Manage your section with care, precision, and pride -- maintaining consistency in preparation, presentation, and taste. Support with prep, service, and daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth coordination across all sections. Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation, and food safety at all times. Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials, embracing creativity and curiosity. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and growth.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a CDP or strong Demi Chef ready to step up. Passion for fresh ingredients, Vietnamese flavours, and authentic cooking techniques. A calm, positive attitude and a genuine love for teamwork. Strong attention to detail and pride in your craft. A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a nurturing, thoughtful kitchen environment.
