Chef de Partie

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and support the delivery of a high-quality food offer. Working closely with senior chefs, you will take responsibility for your section, ensuring consistent standards in preparation, cooking and presentation.


This is a great opportunity for a motivated chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, takes pride in their craft, and is committed to maintaining an organised and efficient kitchen environment.


Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver dishes to specification and service standards Manage your own section confidently and efficiently Maintain high levels of food quality, presentation and consistency Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures at all times Support menu development and contribute ideas for improvement Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth service Assist with stock rotation, waste reduction and organisation

About You

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef looking to progress Passionate about fresh food and great flavour Able to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude Organised, reliable and eager to learn Strong communication and teamwork skills
