We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in London. This role is ideal for a chef with hospitality experience who is passionate about fine dining and delivering food with precision, creativity, and refinement.



The Role:


As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section, working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure the highest standards are consistently achieved. You will bring energy, attention to detail, and a passion for producing exceptional dishes in a refined environment.



Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present dishes to fine dining standards Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all plates Work collaboratively within a fast-paced and professional kitchen team Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health standards are always upheld Contribute ideas to menu development and seasonal offerings Support the training and development of junior team members


About You

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in fine dining or luxury hospitality Strong knowledge of high-quality ingredients, preparation, and presentation A passion for refinement, detail, and exceptional guest experiences Ability to thrive in a busy yet professional kitchen environment Team-focused, reliable, and driven to progress in your career
