We are looking for a CDP to join our team in the Inception Group Central Kitchen. The Central Kitchen facilitates event food across the company, produces small plate food for our sites daily menus, and makes meals for all of our venue teams. We are a small but very important team for ensuring event quality and consistency, boosting venue sales, and keeping our venue teams motivated.
The Chef de partie is responsible for food preparation and maintaining consistent standards, you will assist the head chef and sous chef with the successful running of the central kitchen ensuring all recipes are followed along with food practices to ensure guest satisfaction across the estate.
