About the Role
As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a key part in delivering outstanding food and service across our hospitality and retail operations. Working alongside a skilled team, you'll help create dishes that inspire and delight, ensuring every meal contributes to an exceptional dining experience.
The Role
Preparing and presenting delicious, high-quality food across multiple kitchen sections.
Assisting with food preparation, cookery, and service as directed.
Delivering prompt, professional catering services both in and out of the kitchen.
Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all food areas.
Ensuring full compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and fire regulations.
Supporting events and experiences in collaboration with other ISS teams.
Upholding ISS values and contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture.
Assisting with special functions or duties outside normal working hours when required.
About You
You'll be an ambitious and enthusiastic chef, eager to grow your skills and take ownership of your section. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.
Key skills and qualifications:
NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery (or working towards equivalent).
A genuine passion for food and willingness to work across all kitchen sections - including butchery, fish prep, patisserie, and main kitchen.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Calm, professional, and logical approach under pressure.
