We are currently seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our teams at Nico's, a high end classical Italian restaurant celebrated for its warm, exclusive ambience and dedicated to using the freshest and finest Italian ingredients available

Working hours:

4 day working week between Tuesday-Sunday 7 shifts a week on a rota basis. Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off - our venues are closed.

Maintain high standards across all aspects of food preparation and presentation Work with the freshest seasonal ingredients to create culinary excellence Play a key part in a collaborative and focused team.
