A World of Rewards:
Salary up to 38,500
(Basic salary:16.60/hour plus an expected average annual service charge likely to be between 4,500 - 5,000).

We've quickly built a strong reputation for elegant flavours using seasonal-led ingredients, locally produced. Since opening, we've won an array of awards including 'One to Watch' at the National Restaurant Awards 2021.
What will I be doing?
Regular training's
Ensure all food preparation meets standards
Prepare and present high quality food
Supervise staff
Prepare all mise-en-place for all relevant menus
Assist Head Chef/Sous Chef in the training of all staff in compliance of company procedures
What are we looking for?
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a fine dining restaurant, Michelin experience preferred.
Ability and desire to motivating Team
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude
Ability to work on own or in teams
