We are looking for an experienced, friendly, high-energy Chef to join our lovely team at Unity Diner, at our thriving location in Spitalfields.

As one of our Chefs you must:
Have ambition to flourish within a fast-paced environment.
Have extensive experience working in a busy hospitality establishment.
Have great attention to cleanliness, and food & hygiene safety practices.
Be gifted in creating outstanding and delicious food.
Be hands-on with the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Must be creative, and willing to contribute ideas and suggestions as part of a community-based atmosphere.
Must be able to create a great atmosphere.
Follow instructions from the Head Chef.
Please note this is a Full Time role with options to start immediately.
Requirements
Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting; fine dining experience is highly desirable.
Demonstrated knowledge of food production techniques, kitchen management practices, and food safety regulations.
Experience with banquet service, catering operations, or large-scale food preparation is preferred.
Strong leadership skills with prior supervising or team management experience in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and food service management tools.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
have an ethical approach towards food consumption and a strong knowledge of botanic cookery
Excellent communication skills coupled with a collaborative mindset for working effectively within a team.
Knowledge of dietary accommodations and ability to prepare meals that meet specific dietary requirements.
