We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties
Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Assist in meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery during busy service periods
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
Monitor food quality and presentation before serving
Support other kitchen staff as needed, including plating and garnishing dishes
Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Restock supplies and ingredients as required to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Experience
Previous experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
Experience with meal preparation for large groups or in high-volume establishments is advantageous
Serving or front-of-house experience is considered a plus but not essential
