We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef De Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to specified recipes and presentation standards
Assist in the organisation and cleanliness of the kitchen area to ensure health and safety compliance
Monitor food quality during preparation and cooking processes
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
Maintain stock levels and organise ingredients efficiently for smooth kitchen operations
Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service and optimise workflow during busy periods
Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a Kitchen Assistant within a restaurant setting
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation methods
Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment such as a restaurant or catering service is desirable
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
A passion for food, creativity, and continuous learning in culinary arts
