Role Responsibilities
Take responsibility for a specific section during preparation and service
Execute dishes according to recipes, specifications, and presentation standards
Ensure smooth operation of the section during service
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organization
Supervise and support junior kitchen staff as required
Communicate effectively with senior chefs and the wider kitchen team
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
Strong technical cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a professional environment
Sound understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Reliable, well-organized, and team-oriented
Experience with Georgian cuisine is advantageous but not essential.
