Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team at The Coach House Suffolk. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality meals and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations.
Assist in meal preparation and presentation for service.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Maintain a positive working environment and contribute to team morale.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the culinary field.
Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques.
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
