The Greendale Oak is a stunning destination pub restaurant.
We have created a menu of typically modern English style food incorporating wonderful local produce.
Due to movement and promotion withing the company, we are looking for an individual to fit into our existing team with enthusiasm to learn the production and delivery of fresh great British food.
It is essential that the Chef de Partie has creative skills matched to an outgoing personality allowing them to make the most of our locally sourced, fresh ingredients. You will be able to produce food of a consistently high standard, and be confident in all aspects of food preparation and service - Pastry would be a massive plus. You are required to have the willingness to learn from more experienced chefs as well as passing on knowledge to junior members of the team.
Other essential requirements of the Chef de Partie:
Previous experience in a Pub kitchen is essential
Experience working with fresh food
Up to date food hygiene and NVQ certificates
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work within a team
Driven and self-motivated
