We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to work in our busy kitchen. This is a senior kitchen and cafe operations role responsible for the day-to-day running of food production and service. This position will report into the F&B Manager / Supervisor and plays a key role in ensuring food quality, consistency, stock control, hygiene and team performance across the cafe and acts as the senior culinary lead on shift.
The successful candidate will have a background in busy, casual dining kitchens and most importantly be able to show a passion for producing great food and work well in a team.
The ideal candidate will be a fun, engaging individual who has an interest in mountain biking and/or the outdoors. You have to be willing to get stuck into all aspects of a busy F&B environment.
