Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations Assist in the presentation of dishes before they are served to customers Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout shifts Support the team during busy periods, maintaining high levels of efficiency and professionalism

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and culinary practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not essential for highly motivated candidates Serving experience is advantageous but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 120.00-150.00 per day
