Your Role
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for leading your section and contributing to the delivery of consistently high-quality food for our busy restaurant service.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Run and manage your section efficiently during daily service
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to company standards
Support menu development using seasonal and locally sourced produce
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation are outstanding
Maintain excellent food hygiene, allergen controls, and compliance with health & safety regulations
Contribute to stock control, ordering, and waste management
Train and support Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants
Work collaboratively within the brigade to meet service demands
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workstation
Uphold company standards for professionalism, teamwork, and kitchen discipline
Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and preparation planning
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
Passion for fresh food and high cooking standards
Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
A positive team player with strong communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and food safety awareness
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent preferred
