Summary

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Wylam Brewery. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that complement our exceptional craft beers, contributing to an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure quality standards. Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience as a CDP or similar role in a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.

Pay: 13.50 per hour
