We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery during service hours
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations
Monitor ingredient freshness and notify management of stock levels for replenishment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Serve dishes to customers when required, providing excellent customer service
Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or catering environment
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Experience in meal preparation and culinary techniques is highly desirable
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Previous experience in serving or front-of-house roles is advantageous but not essential
