Location: West End Road, Ruislip

Pay rate: 15.20/hour

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (including alternate weekends)

Shift Pattern: Early (06:30-14:30) and Late (10:00-18:00)

Your day-to-day as Chef de Partie:

Work alongside the Sous Chef to deliver high-quality meals with minimal waste Maintain food levels and brand standards across all services Prepare delicious dishes for military dining and special events Support with kitchen checklists and post-service analysis Follow kitchen procedures and hygiene standards Take part in ongoing training and development.

What we're looking for:

A relevant culinary qualification Previous kitchen experience Food safety certification (or willingness to complete via our e-learning) Great communication and a team-first attitude Ability to pass DBS and full security vetting. #

Additional Requirements:

To be eligible, you must:

Have lived in the UK for the past 3 years Have the legal right to work in the UK Be able to pass DBS and full security vetting
