Curio food co was established in 2020. We started trading from a converted horse trailer, popping up at various locations in the north west, festivals, private events etc. We opened our first bricks and mortar premises in June 2024 and are ever growing our fantastic team.
We serve all things street food, touching on flavours from around the globe, using great produce and ingredients. We have a bustling open-kitchen restaurant which provides a great atmosphere for both our customers and our fantastic team.

We're on the hunt for a
skilled, passionate and driven Chef de Partie
to join our family. If you've got sharp knife skills, thrive in the buzz of a busy service, and love bringing creativity to the plate, we want to hear from you.

You will work closely with management to achieve these goals whilst producing fantastic food in a fast paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Solid cooking skills and a real love for food
Calm under pressure (you know, when the tickets just keep printing)
A team player who's always up for learning and improving
Pride in your section - clean, organised, and on point
A spark of creativity and a hunger to grow
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Assist in meal preparation and ensure timely service during peak hours
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food is served
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols
Qualifications
Previous kitchen experience is essential, with a focus on cooking fresh food and preparation
Culinary experience or relevant qualifications are highly desirable
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
A passion for cooking and creativity in meal presentation
Level 2 minimum in food hygeine qualification
