We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chef to join our culinary team. As a Chef de partie you will play a vital role in the kitchen, assisting in food production and ensuring that our high standards of hospitality are met. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced chefs and contribute to the overall success of our kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support senior chefs in food production tasks, including chopping, mixing, and plating dishes.
Help supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods
Qualifications
Previous experience in a kitchen environment or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; a passion for cooking is key.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn from others.
