Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate

Pizza Chef / Chef de Partie

to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pizza preparation--from dough-making to baking--and will also be capable of supporting the broader kitchen operations as a Chef de Partie. Key Responsibilities:Pizza Chef Duties:

Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas using fresh dough and quality ingredients. Hand-stretch dough, prepare sauces, and manage toppings according to recipes and customer requests. Operate and maintain pizza ovens (wood-fired, gas, or electric). Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station. Monitor inventory levels of pizza ingredients and communicate needs to the Head Chef.

Chef de Partie Duties:

Manage a designated section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, salad, pasta, etc.). Prepare and present dishes according to specifications and quality standards. Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen. Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff. Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times. Ensure that all mise en place is completed ahead of service.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen environment. Ability to hand-stretch dough and operate pizza ovens effectively. Solid knowledge of Italian cuisine and culinary techniques. Excellent knife skills and attention to detail. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices. Culinary diploma or relevant certification is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-17.21 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
