Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed.
Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation or as a cook within a restaurant or similar environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation processes.
