Overview
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting delicious dishes with precision and flair. You will work closely with the head chef and team to ensure smooth kitchen operations, uphold food safety standards, and contribute to creating an inviting dining environment for our guests. Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications and standards.
Assist in menu planning, ensuring dishes are innovative yet consistent with our brand.
Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards across all kitchen activities.
Manage inventory control, including stock rotation, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely food service during busy periods
Support kitchen management in shift coordination, ensuring smooth operations from prep to service.
Experience
Proven experience in a similar Chef de Partie or line cook role within a busy restaurant or hospitality environment.
Strong background in food production, preparation, and presentation for fine dining or high-volume settings.
Knowledge of dietary requirements and food allergy management.
Familiarity with inventory management, food safety regulations, and catering operations.
Previous banquet experience is advantageous but not essential.
A passion for culinary arts combined with excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
Rate of Pay
Hourly rate contract available based on a minimum 20 hour / max 46 hour working week. Hours will fluctuate dependent on business needs.
10.00 - 12.21 hourly + TRONC
Full time role available.
Pay is processed every 4 weeks (on a Friday).
