We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The Hind's Head is an independently run business in Aldermaston. We are incredibly passionate about offering high standards of service and food and we are looking for someone like-minded that can join us in providing a great experience to our guests.

Duties
Prepare dishes to our in house specifications. We love it when dishes go out the same every time!
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Cook meals to order.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during meal periods.
During quieter periods, help with prep to help get ready for next service.
Requirements
Experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role. We are able to train, so even if you don't have a huge amount of experience we may be able to proceed still, if you have the right attitude and are a quick learner.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices.
Proficient in food preparation, cooking methods, and presentation styles.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills with the capability to multitask efficiently.
Be reliable.
Team work is an extremely important part of our business, so being reliable is imperative to be fair to all members of our team.
Have good timekeeping.
We have a lot of corporate guests that stay with us therefore breakfast must be served promptly.
A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
You can not travel to us by public transport so you must have access to a car for this role.
Shift times
Breakfast starts at 7am and the shift begins at 6.30am Monday to Friday.
Breakfast starts at 8am and the shift begins at 7.30am Saturday and Sunday.
Breakfast runs till 9.30am then we move to a smaller brunch menu until 11am.
Lunch service is between 12am and 3pm Monday to Friday, 12pm - 3.30pm Saturdays and 12pm - 4pm on Sundays,
Dinner service is between 5pm and 9pm Monday to Saturday. There is currently no dinner service on a Sunday.
