state-of-the-art venue

What You Will Be Doing


Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to contribute menu ideas, while ensuring all dishes align with Absolute Taste's quality and style. Follow and deliver on weekly rotational menus, ensuring all listed items are produced to a consistently high standard. Take responsibility for your section, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, prep, and food presentation throughout service. Assist in supervising and supporting junior members of the team, helping to create a positive and collaborative kitchen environment. Ensure all work is carried out safely, cleanly, and in line with

statutory regulations

Food Safety Act

Health & Safety at Work Act

Fire Regulations

. Work with the Sous Chef to manage food production within agreed cost parameters, including monitoring of stock levels, waste reduction, and accurate monthly stocktakes. Lead by example, promoting a positive, respectful, and team-driven kitchen culture.

What We Are Looking For


Experience working in a

fast-paced kitchen

environment at Chef de Partie or equivalent level. A

team player

with a customer-focused approach and strong communication skills. Reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing kitchen needs and working patterns. A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to support across different sections when needed. Strong awareness of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices. Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and uphold Absolute Taste's values.
