We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef De Partie to join our new kitchen team, we are in the process of expanding our company into our 3rd site & we're looking for an experienced & passionate Chef De Partie to join our kitchen brigade at The Ruddington Arms.
Blue Fox pub company is a 100% fresh food business, as a Sous chef you will be heavily involved with creating seasonally changing menus & specials. If you have creative flair, are a calm & influential leader & most importantly, a passion for great food! we want to hear from you!
This role would be perfect for a current Chef De Partie or experienced Commis Chef looking to join an expanding company with real opportunities for both personal & career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the senior team to plan and create high-quality dishes for our seasonal menu changes.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to guidelines.
- Train and mentor kitchen team members on culinary techniques and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control measures.
- Have a can do attitude with a willingness to learn
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or Commis in a similar fresh food operation.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
