A day in the life of a Chef:

Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will:

Support food production management to ensure minimal wastage and consistent food quality Maintain food levels and brand standards Prepare food for military dining facilities and hospitality events Assist with post-analysis and complete shift opening/closing checklists Learn and follow procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks Undertake relevant training as required

You'll be set up for success if you have:

A relevant culinary qualification Previous experience working in a kitchen Certificate in food safety (or willingness to obtain via our online e-learning) Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude Ability to pass DBS and full security vetting checks

Additional Information:

To be eligible for this role, you must:

Have been a UK resident for the past 3 years Have the legal right to work in the UK Be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
