Chef de Partie - Randalls



We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Chef de Partie

to join one of our busy kitchens within the group.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious chef to be part of a talented team delivering high-quality, seasonal dishes in a fast-paced, creative environment. You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.


Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present dishes to company and brand standards

Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure efficient service

Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene

Support with ordering, stock control, and kitchen organisation

Train and assist junior kitchen staff as needed

Follow all food safety, allergen, and hygiene regulations



Requirements:



Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef looking to step up A passion for fresh, seasonal cooking and high-quality food Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistency Food Hygiene Level 2 (or willingness to obtain) Eligible to work in the UK or Channel Islands
