Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards Cook a variety of menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency Assist in meal preparation during busy service periods, ensuring timely delivery of orders Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitising surfaces Follow all food safety regulations and hygiene practices diligently Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service Monitor stock levels and communicate supply needs to management

Experience

Previous experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation skills Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene regulations Experience in meal preparation, serving, or culinary roles is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail
