We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong culinary skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to consistently deliver dishes to a high standard while working efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality expectations.
Assist in food preparation, mise en place, and kitchen set-up.
Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health and safety standards at all times.
Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure seamless service and timely dish execution.
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working area throughout the shift.
Support junior staff and contribute to a positive, productive kitchen culture.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience in a similar role within a professional kitchen.
Solid understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and maintain composure under pressure.
A passion for food, quality, and innovation.
