We are currently looking to recruit a chef de partie to join our team.
We are a privately owned pub with a great reputation for offering high quality fresh food.
Our menu changes seasonally using seasonal ingredients and local seasonal produce as much as possible.
The role would suit someone already at Chef de partie level or a commis chef looking to learn and develop in a professional kitchen working under an experienced chef with high quality standards.
You will ideally have had previous experience working in gastro pubs or higher end establishments and be able to show stability and commitment through your previous positions.
What we need from you:
Solid experience as a Chef de Partie with a background in fresh food restaurants
Ability to work on all sections.
Right to work in the UK
Paying up to 32,500 with generous tips we are looking to employ a Chef de Partie as soon as we find the right candidate.
