We are currently seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team in a bustling restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and be committed to delivering high-quality dishes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with standard recipes
- Assist in all areas of food preparation as needed
- Ensure the kitchen meets all food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide excellent service
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or relevant role in a busy kitchen environment
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
