This renowned fine dining restaurant, set in the heart of Mayfair, has recently undergone a stunning refurbishment. They are now looking for an enthusiastic Chef De Partie to join their 14-strong brigade and contribute to the exceptional dining experience that defines this stylish destination.
You'll be wondering what's in it for you as a Chef De Partie...
- 17.80 per hour including service charge
- Working in one of London's most exclusive and newly refurbished dining rooms
- Being part of a highly skilled, creative and supportive kitchen team
- Excellent training and opportunities to progress within a respected hospitality group
- Running your own section with consistency and precision
- Working closely with Senior Chefs to deliver outstanding dishes at every service
- Catering for up to 50 lunch, 220 dinner and 60 private dining covers
- Supporting the training and development of junior team members
- Ensuring high standards of organisation, hygiene and compliance are maintained at all times
- Have experience as a Chef De Partie in a high-end, fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
- Are passionate about food and eager to learn and develop under experienced chefs
- Can remain calm and focused in a fast-paced, high-volume service
- Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in delivering dishes of the highest quality
