We are an independent operator with two sites in West London.

We are focused on providing fresh and great quality food and drinks in a casual dining and bar environment, delivered with outstanding service.

The Duke of Clarence in Hampton Hill opened in May 2023, and since we have established ourselves as the locals place to be in Hampton hill. Our Reputation for creative food and drinks alongside our outstanding garden have made us one of the most well known pubs in West London.

The Railway in Teddington is already a well established local and destination Pub, attracting food lovers from all over London. Famous for its family sharing Sunday Roast consider by many the best in West London.

We are looking for experienced Chef de Partie for both of our Pubs. The Railway in Teddington & Duke of Clarence in Hampton Hill.

We believe that people are our greatest asset and the source of our success, therefore we are looking to hire people with plenty of energy and enthusiasm, that pride themselves of providing the best fresh food to our customers whilst enjoying themselves along the way.

Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dishes are prepared to perfection and served promptly to our valued customers.

Duties



Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining quality and presentation. Assist in the daily kitchen operations, including meal preparation and inventory management. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.

Skills



Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant environment. Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines. Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality meal presentation. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting is preferred but not essential. Join us as we create memorable dining experiences for our guests through exceptional culinary offerings!

Pay: 14.50-16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
