Chef de Partie
A Chef de Partie is required for our bistro set within the new Loom Loft Furniture & Interiors in the Ribble Valley.
With a contemporary external look, the interiors and Bistro will have an industrial feel.
The kitchen will use fantastic fresh and local produce. We have created an eclectic menu, including fresh salads, tapas dishes and sandwiches, accompanied with delicious wines and gins, soft drinks and a coffee menu.
We are looking for someone who is an enthusiastic individual passionate about food who aspires to be the best and can offer a warm and friendly welcome to all customers to make their visit exceptional.
Your duties;
Preparation and presentation of all dishes must be of the highest standard and consistent.
Have excellent Food Hygiene knowledge and practices. Ensuring all documentation is completed to Food Standards Agency Brand Standard 5
Able to set up the restaurant ready for opening.
End of day close down procedures.
Have a friendly yet professional persona.
Have experience of working with an establishment of a similar standard and an establishment that focuses on fresh food and excellent service.
Be a strong team player.

Preferably have Food Hygiene Level 2

Hours;
Sociable hours; 40 hours per week, Mon-Sat 8am to 6pm, Sunday's 9am to 5pm. You will be working 5 days out of 7, including one weekend day.
