Experience in Italian food would be a advantage and previous Pizza and pasta knowledge especially so, the position is permanent and a immediate start for the right applicant

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to the restaurant's menu and specifications. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment. Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Skills

Proficient in food preparation techniques and culinary skills. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a willingness to help others. Experience in meal preparation for various dietary requirements is advantageous. Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen equipment is preferred.
