Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards Assist in meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery during service hours Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in all aspects of food handling and storage Support the team by organising workstation efficiently and cleaning as required Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with customer specifications and dietary requirements

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure Excellent understanding of meal preparation techniques and culinary practices Previous experience serving or working directly with customers is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required A passion for delivering high-quality dishes and exceptional customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour
