We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in food preparation and culinary arts, with experience working in fast-paced restaurant environments. Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards Cook a variety of menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed at all times Assist with meal preparation during busy service periods to ensure timely delivery of orders Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service Follow portion control guidelines and minimise waste during food preparation Support the team in stock rotation, inventory management, and ordering supplies as needed

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in meal presentation and quality control Good communication skills to work effectively within a team Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required Previous kitchen experience is essential

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
