What We Offer

14.65 per hour + ? 37.5 hours per week (5 out of 7 days) Shift pattern:
Early shift - 6:00am to 2:00pm

Late shift - 11:30am to 7:30pm

Sous Chef

What You'll Do

Prepare and serve delicious, high-quality meals Support the Head Chef with daily operations and menu planning Contribute creative ideas for new menus and dishes Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards Monitor stock levels and ensure smooth service across both messes Provide guidance and motivation to junior team members

What We're Looking For

Computer literate with good organisational skills Previous experience in a similar kitchen role (Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie) City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent Food Hygiene Certificate Passion for great food and excellent service ?? Flexible, team-focused approach
