Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
Manage food production processes, including inventory control, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
Oversee food safety practices, adhering to health regulations and maintaining cleanliness standards across the kitchen.
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and catering preparations for special events such as banquets.
Coordinate with the restaurant management team to ensure smooth shift operations and timely service delivery.
Monitor kitchen equipment and supplies, ensuring proper maintenance and inventory management.
Qualifications
Required 3 years experience in fine dining establishments with strong culinary skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated supervisory experience leading kitchen teams effectively.
Background in banquet service, catering, or large-scale food production is highly desirable.
Knowledge of dietary requirements and food handling safety protocols.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with inventory management, food service management, and restaurant operations.
