The Role
Run your section to the highest standards
Deliver consistent, well-presented dishes
Train and guide junior chefs
Maintain hygiene, safety, and stock control
You
- At least 1 year as CDP or Demi CDP in a quality kitchen
- Passion for seasonal, flavour-driven food
- Strong on any section
- Flexible, reliable, and team-focused
Up to 48.5k (? 33.5k base + 11k-15k service)
