We're currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team at JRDF, ATC Pirbright. In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering high-quality food, maintaining standards, and supporting a collaborative kitchen culture.

What we offer:

Full-time, 37.5 hours/week - 5 days over 7 (alternate weekends). Shifts: 06:00-14:00 or 12:00-20:00 - enjoy your evenings! Salary: 26,963 (13.78/hour). Your responsibilities:

Work closely with the kitchen team to manage food production and minimise waste. Prepare meals for military personnel and hospitality functions. Assist the Sous Chef with shift planning and maintaining kitchen standards. Complete required training and follow all kitchen procedures.

What we're looking for:

---------------------------

Recognised culinary qualification. Previous experience in a professional kitchen. Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong team player with good communication skills. Ability to pass DBS and security vetting (must have UK residency for the past 3 years).
