Meat and Wine Company requires an experienced grill chef to join our team.
Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for grilling high-quality meals (wagyu steaks, tomahawk etc) in a high end full dining restaurant . Your culinary skills will contribute to delivering our signature dishes that keep customers coming back for more.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to MWCO standards.
Ensure all food is prepared fresh and meets quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure safe food handling practices.
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Requirements
Proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
