Working together with our current team of full-time chefs, you will be able to display and further develop your culinary skills being guided by the expertise of our Head Chef and Sous Chef producing high quality dishes to deliver an excellent guest experience.
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES...
Working with the Sous and Head Chef on any kitchen section to the required standards set.
Assist with the preparation of designated kitchen sections ensuring they are complete and ready for each service.
Assist in the food preparation process.
Execute cooking to the expected high standard quickly and efficiently.
Supporting the Sous & Head chef in delivering required standard of food.
Assist with maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
Assist with the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies.
Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils.
THE IDEAL CANDITATE WILL POSSESS...
A good level of Health and Safety knowledge
Self-motivation and a passion for hospitality and cooking
A positive and proactive attitude at all times and seek to improve and advance
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
The ability to work well as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
